40 YEARS OF INNOVATION
SEFAM France has a long history of manufacturing CPAP/APAP devices. Since it was founded in 1982, the Nancy-based French company SEFAM has been designing, manufacturing, and commercializing diagnostic and therapy devices for Sleep-disordered breathing.
The company's mission is to improve the quality of life of those who suffer from sleep apnoea through the development and commercialization of high-quality and innovative solutions. With a commitment to excellence and over 30 years of experience, SEFAM operates globally, with its products available in over 60 countries.
SEFAM UK was formed in July 2021 by Mike McEwan who is the Managing Director and the S Box was introduced in the UK in November 2021 in response to the global shortage of CPAP/APAP devices that arose because of the recall of a large number of CPAP devices. As we approach our 40th year in this field we find that the principles of reliability and innovation are more relevant than ever.
The S Box and its connected software, SEFAM Connect, SEFAM Analyse, and the patient App SEFAM Access Lite and the clinician App Sefam Access Pro are now being used in over 25 NHS organisations in the UK, and the use of our devices are expanding at pace to address the ongoing shortage of CPAP/APAP devices in the UK.

The Sefam UK team can arrange to visit your Sleep medicine team to demonstrate the S Box hardware, its cloud-based Sefam Connect software and Sefam Analyse desktop software, and the Sefam Access patient and Clinician Apps.
